ChessKid Partners With FIDE At The 2024 World Cadet Rapid & Blitz Championships

When we talk about smart and talented young chess players, ChessKid is always in the conversation! This year, ChessKid has partnered with FIDE to sponsor children at the World Cadet Rapid and Blitz Championships, offering one-year gold ChessKid memberships to all top-five finishers.

This exciting tournament for up-and-coming juniors will be held in Durres, Albania, from April 25 to 29. The tournament will be divided into Rapid and Blitz sections, with an Open and Girls category for three different age ranges: under 8, under 10, and under 12 years old.
