50 Chances To Play FunMasterMike!

Want to see FunMasterMike sweat? Want to see him suffer? Want to see him get beat? We know you do! Come join a very special 50th episode of "Beat FunMasterMike" where I'll play 50 games against ChessKids from all over!

I'm currently training now. Not with chess books or videos. I'm jogging 5 miles per day, eating lots of broccoli, and doing finger-yoga so my mouse hand is ready for battle!

The marathon chess event will be on Wednesday, September 15 and begins at 10am Pacific/1pm Eastern/6pm UK/7pm CET and it is expected to last about 4-5 hours. You can catch all of it at twitch.com/chesskid or youtube.com/chesskidofficial (some of the later parts where FunMasterMike will be the most tired will also be on Chess.com/TV).

As always, in order to play FunMasterMike, make sure to send him a friend request. Do it now!

Here's a few special notes for the show:

• As always, please send me challenges (in the "friends" tab in fast chess) for 5-minute games, not 10- or 15-minute. Otherwise he really will be playing all day! (If you send challenge other than 5-minute and it is accidentally accepted, I'll have to abort the game).
• I expected 100 percent fair play! You are not allowed to use any outside help of any kind, as always. The one "special exception" is that you can watch my live show as you play. If I say something that is helpful to you, so be it, but be warned there is a delay, and I might say something that is wrong!
• Please, please, one game per ChessKid. If you have already played me on this episode of Beat FunMasterMike, please don't challenge me again. If you do and I accidentally accept, I'll just abort the game anyway. We're trying to give as many kids a chance as possible.
