ChessKid celebrates the FIDE Chess World Championship

ChessKid is pleased to celebrate the FIDE World Chess Championship! As Magnus and Nepo face off in Dubai, ChessKid will host a series of events and promotions starting November 26th, all promotions will run throughout the match until the 2021 World Chess Champion is declared!

First, ChessKid will unlock GOLD memberships for ALL users for 24 hours every time a game ends in a win - that's right! If Magnus or Nepo wins a game, all users get FREE gold for 24 hours!

Events!


We will also organize our own championship! On December 2, our winners of the ChessKid Monthly Championship will play in the 2021 ChessKid All-Star Finals. 

The event will take place on December 2 at 12:15 pm Pacific/ 3:15 pm Eastern/ 8:15 pm UK/ 9:15 pm CET, plus FunMasterMike and friends will commentate the games.

Players will play five rounds of G10+2 and the winner will be crowned ChessKid All-Star of the Year 2021!

As players competed for the chance to beat FunMasterMike throughout the ChessKid Monthly Championships, we raised the stakes even higher for the All-Star Finals. The winner of the ChessKid All-Star Finals will have the opportunity to play against a grandmaster - join us and FunMasterMike on our official Twitch and YouTube streaming channels for live commentary throughout the event!

We invite all ChessKids to participate in the "ChessKid International Go for the Gold" event. The event will take place on December 4 at 11:00 am PT/ 2:00 pm ET/ 7:00 pm UK/ 9:00 pm CET and will consist of seven rounds of G10+2. The top 100 players in this event will receive three months of free Gold membership and the top 10 players will receive a full year of free Gold membership! To join, simply log in to your ChessKid account, select PLAY and look for the "ChessKid International Go for the Gold" event scheduled in the Official ChessKid Club.
