Wednesday Club

The Wednesday Club is established and the Association's players will be able to compete online while the games will be commented on the YouTube page.

A leader board will be formed at the end of the 9-week session, the first 5 players will be able to meet GM-elect Shawn Rodrigue-Lemieux and challenge him to a game.

The Wednesday Club begins on March 20, 2024 at 6:30 p.m.

Qualifying tournament

An online qualifying tournament will be held on April 21, 2024. For players from the province, this will be the last chance to qualify for the 2024 Quebec Chess Challenge.

Players registered in the Association's Saturday Club, in a tournament or in an online course from last September until April will be able to benefit from a Gold Membership to ChessKid to facilitate the holding of these activities.

Through the institution of these activities, ChessKid and the Chess’n Math Association intend to encourage the practice of chess among young people, a value that is dear and common to them.
