When I was a ChessKid, I only got to have a grandmaster coach me once (but you get Benzoo and other GMs in our videos whenever you want!).
I attended a camp in New York City taught by GM Edmar Mednis. For one week we barely got to touch the pieces -- we just analyzed in our heads as he set up positions on his teaching board!
At the end of camp, we played some slow training games. In one of those, I got to play the longest forced mate of my entire life. I'm winning with several moves, but GM Mednis praised me for finding this long sequence!
