How to Clear your Browser's Cache

 

 It's time for a "tune-up!" (A computer tune-up that is...)

 

As with any machine, a little preventative maintenance will help keep things running smoothly.

On your computer, this means clearing your browser cache from time to time - and especially when playing Fast Chess games!

Your browser temporarily stores images, scripts & other parts of websites you visit. Clearing your browser's cache sweeps out all the cobwebs and saved graphics, and will help it run more efficiently.

Here are some steps to keep you playing at your best! The process to do this is different for each browser:

Chrome

Microsoft Edge/IE

Safari

Clear your Chrome Browser Cache:

In the browser bar, enter: chrome://settings/clearBrowserData

Click the menu button & choose "Options" or enter "about:preferences" in the Firefox address bar.

Clear your Microsoft Edge/Internet Explorer Browser Cache:
