2013 Super Nationals
Every four years, the various USCF (United States Chess Federation) "National" Scholastic Tournaments are all brought together into one super tournament: Super Nationals! Last week, Kindergarteners and High Schoolers from all over country came streaming into Nashville looking for chess, and it was a whole lot of fun!
As one of the main sponsors of Super Nationals, ChessKid.com was there in full force, providing free game analysis for kids all weekend long. There was a lot of hussle and bustle with 5335 kids playing, and one of the busiest spots was our table where ChessKid.com's Video Staff reviewed games, and gave away prizes as kids solved Puzzles on our site.
Check out our photo album on ChessKid's Facebook page. Below you can see Video authors StrongHeart and ImmenseDonkey reviewing games while other kids practice Puzzles on the projector in the background!

We saw a lot of great games played by "regular ChessKids" (members of our site) at Super Nationals. Below you will find the first two installments of a brand new video series, Gems from the Super Nationals, showing real games and combinations played by ChessKids at this event!
