This is the second puzzle set about pins. First watch the videos, then try to solve the first puzzles. Pins are super powerful. If something is absolutely pinned, it's stuck, like a cement block, it ain't goin' nowhere. In this case, you don't want to capture the pinned piece. Let it stay and suffer. (In chess it's okay to be a little mean.)
You will have ten puzzles to solve. You can check your master level at the bottom when you're done! Some puzzles will be mate in one and some will be putting pressure on the pinned piece (attacking it again).
1) White to move and make a pin.
2) Can any of black's pieces capture the white queen?
3) White to move and mate in one.
4) White to move and mate in one.
5) White to move and mate in one.
6) White to move and put pressure on the pinned piece.
7) Black to move and mate in one.
8) White to move and mate in one.
9) White to move and mate in one.
10) Black to move and mate in one.
