ChessKid and Chess.com join forces this spooky season to spark creativity and the love of chess. From October 24 to October 31, 2023, create a scary-sweet chess-themed pumpkin and compete for BIG cross-over prizes: ChessKid AND Chess.com Memberships!
So grab a pumpkin and some crafting tools, and dive into a fun "Chessoween" experience!
ChessKid Pumpkin Decorating Contest
Step 1: Create Your Chess-O-Lantern
Decorate a pumpkin in the theme of chess. Get creative! You can draw, paint, carve, or even dress up your pumpkin to make it as "chessy" and spooky as you want.
Step 2: Submit Your Creation
Once you have finished your chess-o-lantern, share your brilliant creation on Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter using the hashtag #CKPumpkinContest. Feel free to tag ChessKid, too!
Note: You might need a grown-up to help you submit your work if you don't have a social media account.
Step 3: Deadline for Submission
Make sure to have your chess-o-lantern finished and shared in time for consideration. The deadline is midnight, October 31. It's a race against time!
