Winners Chosen For Summer Puzzle Contest!

 

Exactly 517 kids really wanted to play FunMasterMike! That's how many ChessKids qualified for the Summer Puzzle Contest and might be even be bigger than the number of kids at your school!

As a reminder, ChessKids had to correctly solve at least 100 puzzles in the month of August. For all those that did so, they were entered into a random drawing to play a game against FunMasterMike.

Not only that, those three ChessKids will have their game analyzed by FunMasterMike and made into a ChessKid video! Those videos will appear on the site later.

Although there's no prizes for it, we do want to highlight the efforts of the "Top 10" solvers. Nine ChessKids solved more than 1000 puzzles in August, while two solved more than 2000: GiraffeGiddy and MagentaBack!

Most of the Top 10 are pretty high in our "levels" system (many are at King 50) -- that just shows you that going through the videos and lessons makes you a better puzzle solver!
