It was a tough start for the streamers. The kids jumped out to an early lead, scoring 6.5 points to the streamers' 1.5 points after the first set of matches. While the streamers were able to grab a few draws from their first set of opponents, the kids were undefeated after two rounds. However, IM Jovi Houska was able to score the first win for the streamers in her match against FM Brewington Hardaway.

Despite the win, the ChessKids built themselves a commanding lead of 13 points to the streamers' 3 after four matches. While Jovi grabbed the first win for the Streamers, IM Eric Rosen did his best to reduce the lead that the ChessKids had built.

Rosen had a slow start with only .5 points scored against IM Shreyas Royal and zero points against FM Tani Adewumi, he finished strong by winning his final four matches against the kids. In his 7th game of the match-up, he had to work particularly hard against FM Ryo Chen in a 108-move game that finally ended in a checkmate.

FM Tani Adewumi was particularly dominant throughout the matches, eventually scoring 6.5 total points himself. While he did drop his only game against the Jedi Master, FM James Canty, he finished strong in the final matches against WFM Anna Cramling. In her final game, Anna did her best to hold off Tani but a blunder on move 18 sealed her fate.

Despite the runaway score, both teams left as winners. The Streamers won $250 for their charity, Ahbap, while the ChessKid Stars won $500 total for the Tani Foundation!
